Our cattle are raised in our own fields, located in Southern Córdoba province, grazing on open pasture. This entirely natural system guarantees meat cuts of outstanding quality and tenderness.

Slaughtering is conducted in optimal conditions of care and control, prioritizing health standards. The raw material is later brought to our own processing plants, which are certified by SENASA, the national food quality and safety organism. Once the cuts are ready, they are transported daily through our strategic distribution system.

Our traceability system allows us to supervise the whole production process and to provide guaranteed premium veal cuts as well as beef and pork cuts.
